@Tom Riordan ...my copy was just dropped off on our back porch a hour or so ago by one of the p0ets,, ,,the bald guy with the mustache against the wall in the photo,,

as we do not take visitors into the house during these Corona days

i will write him a note to ask about how to order copies .....i think they used some pathetic organization like Blurb to produce it.
